We are seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to join our team at Ramon Santiago, MD.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide massage therapy and other treatments to injured patients, working closely with our medical team to ensure optimal patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality massage therapy services to patients, including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, and other modalities as needed.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify areas of tension and pain, developing personalized treatment plans to address patient needs.
  • Collaborate with our medical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction throughout the treatment process.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Massage Therapist in the state of Florida.
  • 2+ years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a medical office environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, medical staff, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on patient-centered care.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff who speak Spanish.
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare software systems.
