Part Time Nurse Practitioner FNP or Physician Assistant PA-C

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at DispatchHealth Management. As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in the comfort of patients' homes.
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with a clinical care team to provide comprehensive health assessments and diagnose complex illnesses.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including therapeutic interventions and minor procedures.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Utilize critical thinking skills and evidence-based standards of practice to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
- Document patient encounters accurately and thoroughly, ensuring continuity of care.
- Educate patients and families on health management and wellness strategies.
- Navigate complex conversations related to end-of-life issues and goals of care.
- Minimum of two years of experience as an APP in acute care settings, such as ER, Urgent Care, or Internal Medicine.
- Graduate with an advanced degree from an accredited institution.
- Current unrestricted state license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Nationally board certified, current.
- Current BLS required, ACLS certification preferred.
- Prescriptive authority and DEA.
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work a varied schedule with evenings, holidays, and weekends required.
