As a Swim Instructor, you will play a vital role in teaching children ages 3-12 essential swimming skills and water safety techniques. You'll create a fun and engaging learning environment while fostering confidence and enjoyment in the water.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver private and semi-private swim lessons to children of various skill levels.
  • Implement effective teaching methods that promote proper swimming technique and water safety.
  • Provide positive reinforcement and encouragement to swimmers, fostering a supportive learning atmosphere.
  • Communicate effectively with members regarding lesson progress and any concerns.
  • Maintain a safe and organized pool environment.
Qualifications:
  • One or more years of experience as a swimming instructor.
  • Current Red Cross CPR and First Aid certifications.
  • Red Cross Lifeguard Training is preferred but not required.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with children in a group setting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
