Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our team. As a Primary Care Physician at ChenMed, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our seniors. You will work closely with our care teams to develop and implement personalized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients with acute and chronic illnesses, including geriatric patients.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Work closely with our care teams to ensure seamless coordination of care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care and patient satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based medicine and best practices in primary care.
- MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty.
- Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty.
- Current State Medical License or ability to obtain one.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC).
- Ability to obtain a DEA number for schedule II-V controlled substances.
