About the Role

Alpine Learning Group, a renowned autism treatment center in Bergen County, seeks an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead our ABA programs.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in supervision and training of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), as well as conducting functional and skill-based assessments. A strong background in developing intervention plans and monitoring client progress is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise Intensive, Focused, and Social Skills Groups, providing clinical guidance and support to RBTs and Lead RBTs.
  • Conduct parent training sessions to equip families with essential skills for supporting their loved ones.
  • Develop and implement personalized intervention plans that drive meaningful outcomes for individuals with autism.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of billable tasks, ensuring compliance with funding requirements.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients, their families, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Active BCBA or BCBA-D certification, along with professional liability insurance.
  • Proven experience in supervising and training therapists, with a focus on RBTs and Lead RBTs.
  • Able to conduct comprehensive functional and skill-based assessments to inform intervention planning.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups.
  • A physical presence that allows for safe participation in behavioral interventions.
