**About Us:** We're a venture-backed technology company dedicated to promoting road travel and supporting local businesses. Our core product, Harvest Hosts, connects RV travelers to over 10,000 camping locations across North America.

**Job Summary:** We're seeking a highly motivated Membership Network Coordinator to join our Host Success team. This role will focus on supporting our Boondockers Welcome network, ensuring that hosts are set up properly on our website and handling member inquiries.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Host onboarding and management
  • Updating host information and CRM systems
  • Generating and responding to host communications
  • Coordinating with other departments

**Requirements:**

  • Customer service experience, preferably remote-based
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Technical proficiency with websites and mobile apps

**Compensation and Benefits:** We offer a competitive pay rate of $40,000-$45,000 per year, plus full benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
