Job Description

This Inventory Process Coordinator position involves working closely with the Purchasing Manager to monitor inventory processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to increase efficiency. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel. The salary range for this position is estimated at $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily cycle counts and ensure timely movement of material
  • Process vendor and customer returns, and audit special order locations weekly
  • Audit Return, Quarantine, Overage, Damage, and Discrepancy bins weekly, and maintain accurate records
  • Audit a minimum of 3 Purchase Orders and 2 Shipments per day, and report any discrepancies
  • Order supplies as needed, and move material using proper material handling equipment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
  • Experience with computers and materials handling equipment
