Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate music clearances, including research and identification of publishers, writers, and labels
  • Prepare and submit formal music clearance requests
  • Review and submit quarterly cue sheets
  • Support production management, including maintaining end-to-end workflow of projects and managing production requests from regional offices
  • Organize merchandise orders for tentpole events
Requirements:
  • Detail-oriented individual with knowledge of music licensing and publishing landscape
  • Ability to work autonomously and think outside the box
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Expert proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
