At Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions, we are currently seeking a highly motivated Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the production of filtration membranes at our state-of-the-art facility in Minnetonka.

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills to support our manufacturing process. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products, analyzing machine and product problems, and implementing corrective measures to minimize scrap and defects.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, sales, and commercial departments. You will also be responsible for leading material and defect review processes, managing customer issues, and driving projects for yield increase, scrap reduction, and process optimization.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Science, or a related field, and at least 3 years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment as a quality engineer or similar role. You should also be proficient in MS Office or Google Suite, SAP, and other software applications, and able to travel up to 50% between Veolia plants.

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $85,000 and $95,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. We offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
