Must be capable of assessing and selecting among various options quickly and accurately.

Ability to perform well in high-pressure situations is required.

Must maintain composure and objectivity under stress.

Regular maintenance and cleaning of public restrooms throughout the shift.

Assist guests with luggage in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner during check-in/out.

Practice safe work habits to ensure the safety of guests, fellow associates, and oneself.

Manage items for 'Lost and Found' according to Aimbridge Hospitality standards.

At the end of the shift, return all keys and assignment sheets to the Housekeeping or Front Office.

Complete daily assignment checklist and submit to the supervisor at the end of the day.

Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
