Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence
    • Direct and control restaurant operations to ensure a positive guest experience and company profitability.
    • Monitor and maintain the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation.
  • Financial Management
    • Review financial information to ensure efficient operation and that expenditures stay within budget limitations.
    • Take action to correct any deviations from the budget.
  • Team Leadership
    • Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional results.
    • Build positive relationships with team members and managers by treating all members with respect.
  • Guest Experience
    • Ensure that every guest has a positive experience at McAlister's Deli.
    • Monitor and address any guest complaints or concerns.
  • Personal Development
    • Provide effective leadership and coaching to team members.
    • Develop personal goals for professional growth and development.
Requirements
  • Aptitude
    • Professional oral and written communication skills.
    • Organization and time management skills.
    • Ability to work well under pressure and solve problems effectively.
  • Experience
    • Minimum of two years prior experience as a General Manager for a full-service, quick-casual, or fast-food high-volume restaurant.
  • Physical Requirements
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
    • Ability to work 50 to 60 hours per week.
Compensation

$65,000.00 per year
