About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at Northern Nevada Health System. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries, illnesses, or disabilities, and achieve their maximum level of independence and functionality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their strengths, weaknesses, and goals.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals and improve their overall quality of life.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on how to perform daily activities and maintain independence.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes to ensure accurate and effective care.
Requirements
  • Current state licensure for Occupational Therapy.
  • Three (3) or more years of previous experience in all aspects of occupational therapy preferred.
  • Current BCLS certification.
