We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Inpatient Unit team at Sierra Medical Center. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries, illnesses, or disabilities, and achieve their maximum level of physical function and independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans to address their specific needs.
  • Administer physical therapy modalities, such as exercises, stretches, and manual therapy, to help patients regain strength, mobility, and function.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Conduct regular assessments and reassessments to monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care and address any concerns or questions.
Requirements
  • Current State Physical Therapy Licensure.
  • Three (3) or more years of previous experience in all aspects of physical therapy, preferred.
  • Current BLS certification.
