Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally manage incoming calls
- Welcome callers with a courteous and friendly demeanor
- Collect and communicate necessary information
- Accurately verify and input data into our systems
Required Qualifications:
- A friendly voice with an enthusiastic tone
- Strong command of the English language, including spelling and grammar
- Proficient computer skills in a Windows environment
- Reliable attendance
- Typing speed of 35 words per minute or higher
- Willingness to work on weekends
- Fluency in both Spanish and English

Compensation: $18 per hour with Perfect Attendance. Perfect Attendance is defined as being punctual for the start of your shift, returning on time from breaks, and completing your assigned shift. Compensation without perfect attendance is $14 per hour.
