Key Responsibilities:

Lead the deployment and maintenance of SAP PP and WM systems. Conduct comprehensive analysis of intricate business process requirements and deliver suitable system solutions. Identify, interpret, validate, and document client needs. Organize workshops to gather business requirements. Align client business needs, processes, and objectives. Create necessary product modifications to meet client expectations. Engage in 30-50% international travel to Spanish-speaking countries and domestic locations. Design and evaluate PP and WM modules. Identify gaps, challenges, and propose workaround solutions. Serve as a liaison with clients for troubleshooting software issues. Document functional designs and testing scenarios. Proactively suggest enhancements to business processes and systems. Provide consulting expertise for new implementations and ongoing support projects. Act as a conduit between business functions and the technical team. Offer on-demand training and user assistance as necessary. Work autonomously and may mentor junior colleagues. Coordinate and assist in resolving critical support tickets.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree required. 7-8+ years of professional experience in a technology role within manufacturing business processes and relevant SAP solutions in modules PP and WM. Understanding of accounting business processes. Strong project management skills with the ability to adapt to changing environments. Familiarity with regulatory contexts in the medical devices or pharmaceutical industry (GxP). Demonstrated ownership and a remarkable ability to lead change through positive and collaborative methods. Highly collaborative work style, effectively engaging across all organizational levels. Experience in a complex, matrixed organization and adept at navigating ambiguity. Leading by example, mentoring, and inspiring those around you. Exceptional analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving skills. Ability to align and collaborate with diverse global stakeholders. Strong humility, listening, creativity, and negotiation abilities. Experience working in a multinational, multicultural business setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency in English and Spanish at a business level. Familiarity with additional SAP modules such as QM and MRP. Experience with SAP S4HANA.
