Job Summary

We are seeking a Home Team Associate to join our team at Walmart Supercenter #653. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating an engaging shopping experience for our customers.

About the Role

This is a part-time position that requires working various shifts, including mid-shift and closing hours. You will be responsible for maintaining the appearance of our home displays and ensuring that they are well-stocked and organized throughout the day.

What We Offer

As a Home Team Associate, you will receive a competitive hourly rate of $15-$21 per hour, depending on your qualifications and experience. In addition to your base pay, you may also be eligible for performance-based incentives and other benefits, such as annual or quarterly bonuses and premiums based on your schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
