Clinical Role:
Seeking a skilled ENT specialist to join a robust and established practice in a 250+ bed hospital. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with routine ENT procedures, including ears and tubes. The hospital offers a stable and supportive environment with a shared light call schedule.

Practice Details:
The practice is led by one ENT physician and one Audiologist, providing a collaborative and dynamic work environment. The hospital is located in a charming downtown area, rated as one of the top 10 best small towns by Southern Living Magazine. The area offers a range of outdoor activities, including mountain biking, canoeing, and trail hiking, as well as a vibrant music scene and excellent schools.

Compensation Package:
The compensation package includes a base salary in the $475K range, production incentives, sign-on bonus, relocation bonus, loan repayment, and excellent benefits.
