Job Summary

As an MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for taking medical images of patients for diagnostic purposes using magnetic resonance imaging. You will work in a hospital, outpatient center, private practice, imaging center, or other healthcare facility, preparing patients for MRIs, operating MRI technology, processing MRIs for radiologists and physicians, and handling patient records.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for MRIs, ensuring their safety and comfort
  • Operate MRI technology, taking high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Process MRIs for radiologists and physicians, providing accurate and timely results
  • Handle patient records, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of recent experience as an MRI Technologist
  • ARRT Certification
  • BLS Certification (AHA)
  • Current state license (if applicable)
