Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our 12-bed Medical Surgical unit on the 7th floor. As a valued member of our team, you will provide compassionate care to patients with a 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio, utilizing your specialized plan-of-care intervention and innovative patient-care skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and administer treatments.
- Work collaboratively with a dedicated team to ensure patient comfort and safety.

Compensation Package: In addition to your base compensation, this position offers access to our 54,000 sq.ft Health and Fitness Center, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications: A graduate of an accredited registered nursing program with a current unencumbered Registered Nurse License in North Carolina or from a Compact State is required. Additional certifications include AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire, AHA ACLS and AHA PALS within six months of hire, and Handle With Care within 90 days of hire.
