We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a RN Care Coordinator at Haywood Regional Medical Center.
Your Role
In this critical role, you will consult with nursing staff and multidisciplinary teams to evaluate patient status and ensure the appropriateness of medical care. Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to monitor patient and family satisfaction, address questions and concerns, and facilitate discharge planning. You will also provide education and resource referrals to patients, ensuring they receive the best possible care during their stay.

Qualifications
To succeed in this vital role, you must possess:
- A minimum of four years of clinical experience or two years of hospital case management experience.
- A current licensure as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina or a Compact State.
- AHA Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
- Case Management Certification recommended or obtained after working under the supervision of a Certified Case Manager for a minimum of two years.
