Key Responsibilities- Act as a liaison between counter sales and warehouse operations to ensure seamless customer service.
- Provide exceptional customer service to walk-in customers, including directing them to products and assisting with selection.
- Maintain the integrity of products through proper handling and storage.
- Responsible for general housekeeping to ensure a safe and professional work environment.
- Accurately organize and pick products for needed transfers, work orders, or deliveries.
- Communicate any discrepancies immediately with Department Manager.
- Stage or palletize products in a safe and secure manner.
- Process all transactions in a timely fashion.
- Complete Forklift Pre-Trip Inspections and accompanying documentation.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Basic math skills.
- Understanding of two-way radios.
- Forklift experience preferred.
