Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Medical Support Specialist to join our team at All Medical Personnel. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support in a fast-paced medical office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, check-ups, and physician referrals
• Answer telephones and direct calls to appropriate staff
• Greet visitors, assess purpose of visit, and direct them to appropriate staff
• Compile and maintain accurate medical charts, reports, and correspondence
• Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems to manage patient information
• Check patients in and out, collect co-pays, and ensure a smooth patient experience
• Possess a problem-solving mentality to prioritize tasks and address patient issues that may arise
• Provide exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a positive patient experience

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of recent Medical Assistant experience, with front/back office experience
• Medical Assistant Diploma/Certificate (if required by state)
• Active BLS/CPR Card
• Strong phlebotomy skills
• Ability to work in a smoke-free/tobacco-free environment
