Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Equipment Maintenance Specialist to become a vital part of our team at Workbox Staffing.

This role is essential for maintaining operational efficiency within our manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in equipment maintenance, particularly in the automotive sector, and demonstrate proficiency in diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on plastic injection molding machinery and associated equipment.
  • Perform upkeep on secondary and auxiliary machinery.
  • Disassemble and reassemble various machine components as needed.
  • Oversee the maintenance of restroom facilities.
  • Manage inventory and order necessary parts.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.
  • Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
  • Experience in building maintenance.
  • Lockout/tagout certification.
  • Basic mathematical skills and ability to accurately read measurements.

This position operates on a schedule from 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with opportunities for overtime. Responsibilities include ensuring the functionality of machinery and maintaining the facility. Join our dedicated team and contribute to our success in the manufacturing industry.
