Job Summary

First Atlantic Federal Credit Union is seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial reporting and analysis support to our staff and internal clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Coordinate the distribution of monthly business card statements to department managers and ensure timely and accurate returns.
  • Assist with entries for month-end close, including fixed assets, prepaids, and accrued expenses.
  • Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, including general ledger accounts.
  • Assist with account reconciliations and identify and analyze significant fluctuations in account balances.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, with two to four years of related experience.
