The Restaurant Assistant Manager reports directly to the Restaurant General Manager and is responsible for directly supervising restaurant employees, managing operations in the front and back of the house, and maintaining Denny's standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage restaurant employees to ensure excellent customer service and quality food preparation.
  • Manage restaurant operations, including front and back of the house, to ensure profitability, safety, sanitation, and sales growth.
  • Maintain Denny's standards of quality and service in all aspects of restaurant operations.
  • Work nights, weekends, and holidays when restaurants are busiest.
