Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Implement our educational framework to guarantee data-informed, outcome-oriented instruction aligned with the Common Core Standards. Educators will provide direct teaching to students for 6 hours daily.
- Instruct for mastery of the Common Core Standards and possess expertise in a Single-Subject content area, crafting lesson plans that accommodate diverse learning needs to ensure student achievement.
- Utilize assessments and data to guide instructional practices for student success while maintaining records of grades, attendance, and retention.
- Offer targeted support for special education students and English Language Learners.
- Engage in various community initiatives, faculty meetings, educational conferences, and professional development workshops, and assist with state-mandated assessments.
- Meet with students and their families to discuss academic progress and address any concerns.
- Bachelor's Degree
- California Preliminary or Clear single subject teaching credential with English Language Authorization (ELA)
Compensation:
$68,000 - $95,000 based on experience.
