KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver high-quality service to enhance member satisfaction through a consultative approach during all interactions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for members, ensuring their inquiries are addressed accurately and promptly.
- Promote member engagement by providing precise information about credit union products, insurance, and investment services.
- Facilitate the completion of applications for equity products and refer members to mortgage services as needed.
- Conduct member wellness calls and participate in educational seminars to enhance member knowledge.
- Collaborate with business partners to identify and meet member needs effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory training and participate in ongoing professional development.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to security standards in all member interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent experience, with previous experience in the financial industry and customer service preferred. A college degree and three years of relevant experience are advantageous. Required licenses must be obtained and maintained, including NMLS registration and FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Proficiency in Microsoft applications and familiarity with technology applications relevant to the financial services industry is essential.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
