As a critical care registered nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities- Assess patients' health status and develop individualized plans of care
- Administer medications and intravenous solutions as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to physicians
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing
- Licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Registered Nurse
- Current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers completion
- Meditech experience preferred
- One year critical care experience preferred
- One year ventilator experience preferred
