· Assist in planning and coordinating office events.

· Respond to phone inquiries promptly and courteously, adhering to established organizational protocols.

Knowledge Required:

· Fundamental concepts, principles, and practices of outstanding customer service.

· General office procedures and practices.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word applications.

Skills Needed:

· Proficient in using a multi-line telephone system.

· Capable of operating standard office equipment and utilizing necessary software applications.

Abilities:

· Deliver exceptional customer service to callers and visitors in a highly visible office environment.

· Employ suitable interpersonal styles and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of the organization.

· Work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team setting.

· Exhibit a professional demeanor when greeting and assisting visitors.

· Communicate with a positive, friendly attitude and maintain a pleasant tone at all times.

A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent, along with 3-5 years of clerical office experience is required.
