Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in culinary arts, food science, or a related field preferred.
  • 6-8 years of restaurant or foodservice selling experience required.
  • 4 years' experience in a culinary selling role, working with corporate chain restaurants and large volume foodservice operators.
  • 2 years' experience leading, building, and developing teams.
  • Knowledge of marketplace, channel, and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
  • Ability to travel up to 40%.
