We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Tumwater Evaluation and Treatment (E&T), a 16-bed inpatient secure facility for adults with serious mental illness. As an LPN, you will play a critical role in providing recovery-focused services and ensuring the safe and effective administration of medical treatment.

## Key Responsibilities

* Provide direct care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of care
* Administer medications as prescribed by physicians
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
