Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Treatment Specialist to join our team at Pioneer Human Services. As a key member of our staff, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in our residential treatment program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide physical care and support to residents
  • Collaborate with other staff members to implement programming and individualized treatment plans
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in English
  • An attitude of objectivity and flexibility in observing behavior patterns
  • Valid Washington State driver's license required
Preferred Qualifications
  • One-year experience in the human services field preferred
  • Coursework or training in human development, chemical dependency, group dynamics, or related disciplines desirable
