We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to join our Float Pool team at Mercy Hospital Jefferson. As a Float Pool nurse, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical assessment skills and sharpen your skills in communication and teamwork. Our Float Pool is designed for nurses who are flexible, hard-working, and eager to learn and grow in their careers.
As a Float Pool nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in various units, including ED, ICU, TCU, PCU, all Med-Surg units, Acute Rehab, and Behavioral Health. You will be required to have a minimum of 2 years of RN bedside experience and a current RN license in the state of MO. A BSN degree is preferred, but not required.
