Responsibilities Include:

  • Implementing behavioral strategies as outlined by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collecting and analyzing data to assess the effectiveness of individualized treatment plans and reporting findings
  • Assisting the BCBA in training families on the implementation of tailored treatment strategies
  • Responding promptly to the needs and requests of clients and their families
  • Maintaining clear communication with families, supervisors, and other relevant parties
  • Performing additional tasks as directed by the BCBA/LBA

Additional Requirements:

  • Access to reliable transportation
  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is preferred but not mandatory
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills

Salary Range: $19-$27
