Position Summary:
We are currently in search of a skilled and dependable Apartment Maintenance Technician. The primary responsibility of this role is to efficiently manage, prioritize, and execute resident work orders and apartment turnovers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and effective completion of work orders and turnovers.
- Maintain an accurate count of outstanding work orders and provide daily updates to the Property Manager.
- Keep the maintenance workspace organized and tidy.
- Participate in on-call rotations to address maintenance emergencies.
- Collaborate with the Property Manager to procure necessary parts and materials.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Exhibit a positive and professional demeanor.
- A minimum of two years of relevant maintenance experience.
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
