Clinical Nurse Manager

**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage activities, workflow, and nursing resources of assigned nursing units to ensure efficient delivery of patient care services.
* Conduct hiring, training, directing, development, and evaluating of staff to guarantee compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
* Identify and resolve issues affecting the delivery of patient care services for the assigned units.
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective delivery of health services in a unit.
**Requirements**
* BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date.
* Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing.
* Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
* 3 years of experience required, including 1 year of leadership or management experience.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* BSN in Pediatric Mental Health.
* 2 years of leadership experience in an inpatient pediatric unit.
