Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Donation Attendant at Priest Store (Priest Drive & Eliott). As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for leading an excellent customer and brand experience, promoting sales, and ensuring a seamless donation process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accept and process donations from customers in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Label and organize donations in the production room or sales floor
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive experience for all donors
  • Assist with loading and unloading merchandise onto/off trucks or trailers, as needed
  • Operate pallet jack and walkie stacker safely and efficiently
  • Conduct daily safety inspections on company-owned equipment
  • Follow and ensure all safety rules are complied with and appropriate safety equipment is used
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to pass a forklift certification class
  • Ability to speak and read English proficiently
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position
