Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Audit Senior Associate to join our finance team. As a key member of our audit team, you will lead financial audits for a diverse range of clients, develop and maintain relationships with clients, and prepare financial reports in accordance with GAAP standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage financial audits for a diverse range of clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their business operations, processes, and functions
  • Identify scope changes and adjust audit plans accordingly
  • Prepare and present financial reports in accordance with GAAP standards
  • Review and analyze financial statements and records, evaluating internal controls and testing financial transactions
  • Prepare cost budgets for audit engagements and monitor performance against budget
  • Advise clients on financial reporting and compliance matters
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and benefit plans
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in financial auditing, accounting, and financial reporting
  • Extensive knowledge of GAAP standards and experience in preparing financial reports
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Experience working with diverse industries such as casinos, government, manufacturing, real estate, and high net worth individuals
  • Familiarity with government regulations and benefit plans
  • Excellent analytical skills and an eye for detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $100,000 to $170,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a range of benefits, including full benefits paid, performance bonuses, 401k with match, paid time off, and more.
