Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Financial Audit Services Manager to coordinate audits of complex financial statements, related disclosures, and other client deliverables. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of audit services, including GAAP, GAAS, and FASB/IFRS regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely, high-quality client service that meets or exceeds client expectations
  • Develop an understanding of clients' businesses and needs
  • Train and supervise audit associates on engagement teams
  • Anticipate and address client concerns, escalating issues as necessary
  • Interact with clients to ensure efficient information flow
  • Identify and communicate significant accounting and auditing matters
  • Provide insightful feedback on financial statements
  • Recognize industry-specific and general accounting and auditing issues
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $86,500 - $163,900 per year, depending on experience. RSM offers a competitive benefits package, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent
  • 2 years of current or recent experience in public accounting
  • Understanding of audit services and knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and FASB/IFRS regulations
  • CPA certification or demonstrated progress towards obtaining CPA certification
