We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Foth Environment Solutions. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex environmental projects, including multidisciplinary teams of engineers and scientists. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the planning, development, and execution of projects, leading federal, state, and local permitting efforts, and assembling project teams and monitoring project performance.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline, and at least 10 years of project management experience working with complex projects of varying size and scope. Preferred qualifications include 15+ years of experience working in the consulting engineering industry, 5 years of experience managing mining projects, and professional registration or certification in project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage manufacturing and mining clients, including multidisciplinary teams of engineers and scientists, in the completion of environmental projects
  • Manage the planning, development, and execution of projects keeping in mind budget, schedule, quality, and contractual commitments
  • Lead federal, state, and local permitting efforts
  • Assemble project teams and monitor project performance while mentoring and coaching team members
  • Negotiate scope change orders with clients and subcontractors
  • Assist client leaders with creating proposals and cultivating client relationships

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline
  • 10 years of project management experience working with complex projects of varying size and scope
  • Preferred qualifications include 15+ years of experience working in the consulting engineering industry, 5 years of experience managing mining projects, and professional registration or certification in project management
