Position Summary:

Sign-On Bonus: We are pleased to offer a $2,500 sign-on bonus for all new hires in the Service Technician role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain a diverse range of commercial food equipment, including cooking appliances, food preparation tools, ware washers, weigh wrap machines, baking equipment, and refrigeration units.
  • Operate independently from home each day, providing service at various customer locations with minimal supervision.
  • Achieve or exceed weekly productivity and customer satisfaction targets while upholding a high standard of service excellence.

Compensation: California law mandates the inclusion of pay information in job postings. The specific hiring rate will be determined based on the successful candidate's qualifications and prior experience.

Qualifications:

What You Will Bring:

  • A valid High School Diploma or GED, along with 2-4 years of relevant electrical/mechanical experience.
  • Experience in commercial appliance service is preferred.
  • Refrigeration Certification is mandatory.
  • A valid Driver's License and the ability to drive for extended periods are required.
  • Willingness to work overtime and be on-call as necessary.
  • Participation in our comprehensive training program at our corporate headquarters is expected.
