About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at LifeScape. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing behavioral therapy to children and adolescents in a residential setting, focusing on severe behavior.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior plans to address severe behavior in children and adolescents
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform treatment decisions
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including physical, occupational, and speech therapists
  • Provide training and supervision to junior staff members
  • Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives
