About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Assistant/RDA to join our team at Bluetree Practice Services. As a Dental Assistant/RDA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dental team in delivering high-quality services.

Responsibilities
  • Assist dentists and hygienists with patient care, including preparing patients for exams and procedures.
  • Take and develop dental X-rays, as well as process and mount radiographs.
  • Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, dentists, and other team members to ensure seamless care and service.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and technologies.
Requirements
  • Current CA RDA licensure.
  • BLS/CPR certification.
  • Experience with practice management software (Open Dental a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A willingness to learn and grow with our company.
