Business Development Manager

Gecko Hospitality is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our innovative team in Las Vegas, NV. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating new opportunities and driving growth in the immersive entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential partners and clients to drive growth in the immersive entertainment industry.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize beverage sponsorships and work cross-functionally with Events & Operations to deliver upsell opportunities.
  • Foster ongoing relationships with current partners and use your communication skills to discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing team.
  • Ensure all company brand guidelines are met for all events, materials, and merchandise by attending relevant seminars, conferences, or events.
  • Meet budget and revenue goals and generate new business plans with a strategic mindset.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience focused on strategy, business development, or partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation skills and background.
  • Problem-solving skills with experience working in cross-functional teams to deliver external experiences.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience closing strategic business development deals.
