Position Overview: The Returns Clerk will play a crucial role in the verification, receipt, and processing of items designated for Depot Repair.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify and receive returned items for Depot Repair
- Cross-check items against authorized returns in Oracle Depot Repair
- Generate work orders for service centers and manage firearm transfers as needed
- Collaborate with Customer Service and internal teams regarding receipt discrepancies
- Uphold departmental standards and ensure effective communication
- Foster a cooperative environment with colleagues and customers
- Utilize computer systems and adhere to established procedures
Qualifications:
- Prior experience with Oracle systems is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with material handling equipment
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Capability to lift heavy items and thrive in a dynamic work setting
Work Environment:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required
