Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Materials Specialist to develop training materials for our government client. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating engaging and interactive online training using various tools such as Adobe Captivate, Animate, and Articulate Storyline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Author learning content using course templates and following development standards for color scheme, graphic design, and functionality.
  • Program learning content using JavaScript, HTML, and other programming languages and incorporating CSS templates to generate highly interactive and engaging online training.
  • Distribute published learning content using various LMS platforms, including JKO, ALMS, Blackboard, and Moodle.
  • Integrate premium film content into courseware interactions using project standards.
  • Assist with conceptual design of new interactions and develop further understanding of eLearning development principles through collaboration with other experienced developers.
  • Adhere to accepted Style Guide practices and build proficiency through mentorship from experienced developers.
  • Perform other related duties and assignments as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Simulation and Game Programming or related field of study.
  • 3+ years programming experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, C++, MySQL, UnityScript, and game development.
  • Knowledge and basic experience with rapid eLearning authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate, Animate, Articulate Storyline, and/or SCORM compliant authoring tools.
  • Knowledge and experience in implementing and integrating adapter learning techniques into courseware using code or authoring tools.
  • Exposure to Section 508 compliant and SCORM 2004 conformant web-based solutions.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year based on qualifications and experience.
