- Cleanliness: Responsible for the cleanliness of all restaurant areas, adhering to high standards of hygiene and sanitation.
- Service Standards: Adhere to all prescribed Service Standards and Service Sequence, ensuring consistent and exceptional service delivery.
- Guest Recovery: Handle guest recovery situations professionally and efficiently, resolving issues promptly and to the guest's satisfaction.
- Table Bussing: Bus tables at conclusion of guests leaving by wiping the entire table, chairs, and booth seats, adhering to all prescribed Service Standards and Sequence of Service.
- Floor Inspection: Inspect the entire floor area for cleanliness, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
- Teamwork: Work in conjunction with the food server to meet the guests' needs, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
- Experience: One (1) year experience as a busser with exceptional work habits.
- Guest Service: Good guest service/hospitality skills, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Training: Must be able to successfully complete all required training classes.
- Teamwork: Must be a great team player, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
- Lifting: Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs, ensuring safe and efficient service delivery.
- Assistance: Assist server with table maintenance, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Background Check: Must successfully pass a background check.
- Alcohol and Drug Screening: Must successfully pass an alcohol and drug screening.
- Age: Must be 18 years of age.
