CONAM Management Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Professional to join our team in Manteca, CA. As a Leasing Professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of our multi-family residential communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective residents
• Manage and maintain accurate records of resident information and lease agreements
• Conduct tours and showings of available units
• Process lease applications and ensure timely move-ins
• Collaborate with the property management team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer operations
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
