Leasing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Professional to join our team at ConAm Management Corporation. As a Leasing Professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of our multi-family residential communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, prospects, and vendors.
• Manage and maintain accurate records of leasing activities, including applications, leases, and rent payments.
• Conduct property tours and show apartments to prospective residents.
• Process lease renewals, terminations, and other related documents.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our properties and attract new residents.
• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, laws, and regulations.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
