Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and guidance to our facility staff, including the Director of Clinical Services, Business Office Manager, and other department heads.
  • Operational Oversight: Ensure the day-to-day clinical and administrative activities of the facility are carried out in compliance with state and federal regulations, and that financial and programmatic goals are met.
  • Staff Development and Recruitment: Recruit, hire, and provide orientation/training for qualified staff to carry out facility programs and services.
  • Policy and Procedure Implementation: Maintain and guide the implementation of facility policies and procedures in compliance with corporate, state, federal, and other regulatory guidelines.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and submit reports on facility operation, as required, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
Requirements
